These cost more money because they are fitted to the front of drawers. Which ofcourse have a draw and draw runners, including a carcass to fit the draws too. So now you have the angled doors/draw fronts and the draws and the carcasses to pay for. The next most expensive understairs or under eves in the loft solution is pull out units. These will need to be professionally fitted as they are simply too complicated to supply for other fitters or customers to fit for themselves.
